Shipping Rates

All shipments go UPS from our Minnesota facility. Rates are per parcel to commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping is billed separately from product, and discounts apply automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal.

Ordering details

Minimum order

$200 subtotal, before shipping and handling. A $12 handling fee applies to every order regardless of size.

When cold chain is required

Any reconstituted solution, and all acylated peptides — tirzepatide, retatrutide, semaglutide, and cagrilintide. These ship in an insulated cooler with gel packs, which hold temperature for 48 to 72 hours, so cold chain cannot travel by ground.

Everything else ships ambient

Lyophilized peptide powder is stable in transit up to 40 °C for five days. Moisture, not heat, is the risk — vials are crimp-sealed with desiccant, so standard ground is appropriate.

Free shipping covers one parcel

Orders above roughly 100 vials ship in multiple boxes. The first parcel ships at your tier’s rate; additional parcels bill at the same discount.

Outside the contiguous US

Alaska, Hawaii, and residential addresses carry surcharges quoted at checkout. Residential delivery adds $6.45 per parcel.
